Return Policy
Full refunds will be issued if you have your sales receipt, new books are unmarked and your student I.D. is presented. All extra study materials such as CDs and web cards MUST be returned unused with the text and shrink wrap be intact. Last day to return textbooks for full refund for Fall Term and Winter Term is usually the first Friday after classes start. May Term return is the first Wednesday following the start of classes.
